The first exhibition for children jointly developed by the Centre Georges Pompidou and an international institution, "Frida et moi" introduces Frida Kahlo’s life and work in a playful and interactive way. Brought to Brazil by Bacuri Traquinagens Culturais for the National History Museum during the Olympics, it invites children to explore themes like resilience, beauty, and self-discovery. Through Frida's vibrant art, children are inspired to reflect on emotions, autonomy, and transformation, creating a unique opportunity to connect with art and question societal norms.
