The 2024 Perceptyx Benchmark report explores three critical trends shaping today's workplace: Change Management, Belonging, and Well-being. While employee engagement has returned to normal levels, advocacy has decreased. The report underscores the need for better change management, highlights the impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on fostering belonging, and points to well-being challenges faced by middle managers.
Design Challenge: The report needed to be designed in landscape format, with each trend fitting neatly on a single page. Visually, we needed to subtly differentiate the trends using unique design elements, such as custom icons, without being overly literal. A key challenge was reinterpreting dense data into charts that were both visually engaging and easy to understand. To maintain focus on the content, we avoided additional imagery and illustrations, opting for a clean, minimalist approach.
My Role: I handled the visual branding, designed the report layout, and created visually compelling charts that balanced clarity with aesthetics. Additionally, I developed social media assets to ensure consistent communication of the report’s insights across various channels.
