CKO 2024 was a three-day in-person event hosted in Dallas, Texas, bringing together 350 Perceptyx employees from around the globe. The event provided a platform for discussing the company’s outlook and 2024 plans, covering key topics such as the company’s vision, product roadmap, customer showcases, cross-functional sessions, and department meetings. It was designed to energize and engage participants.
Design Challenge: With the theme "Unleash Our Potential," the visual concept needed to convey the idea of activating untapped potential at both individual and company levels. The branding was connected to the Perceptyx corporate identity but utilized fewer colors and employed design elements that suggested movement, reinforcing the idea of growth and momentum.
My Role: I led the branding design, signage, on-site setup, and the creation of collaterals, ensuring that all visuals resonated with the theme while creating a unified, inspiring experience for attendees.
