The Insights 2024 Conference was a global tour hosted by Perceptyx across five cities, where leading companies like 3M, Comcast, Kraft Heinz, Marriott International, and Salesforce shared how they leverage employee insights. Perceptyx showcased its AI-driven platform, Activate, highlighting how organizations use data to drive business outcomes and employee experience improvements.
Design Challenge: Each city required a unique identity while aligning with the conference's main branding. I introduced a custom color palette for each location, paired with a distinct typeface to make the visuals stand out. A dynamic shape, derived from the conference logomark, tied the designs together and created a cohesive but fresh visual identity across the tour. This approach maintained the event’s connection to Perceptyx’s corporate brand while adding unique, localized touches.
My Role: I crafted a complete visual experience—from branding to the design of print collateral, the website’s user experience, and on-site assets. I developed signage, social media visuals, and presentation slides, all tied to a central visual concept. Additionally, I supported on-site setup, ensuring the entire experience came to life with seamless cohesion and impact.
